Ratafia de Malbec de Cahors, 75cl

This Ratafia is an aperitif obtained thanks to the must of fresh grapes from the Malbec grape variety combined with wine brandy (process also called Mistelle). Often associated with plum in reference to the fruit Ratafia, this one, concocted by Julien Ilbert winemaker from Château Combel in Cahors, uses the emblematic grape of the wine of this region, Malbec. This aperitif develops powerful notes while retaining the fruit and roundness of this grape variety.

A good choice to think outside the box!
